Key safe on arrival after 7 pm

During the day you can use the key safe in the building itself, namely in mailbox 11. You can enter the building until 7 pm. Will you arrive later? No problem! Then you can pick up the spare keys at Residentie Hélène, Zeedijk 201. This is about 200 meters from the apartment, so not far! From the Albatrosstraat you walk to the beach and turn left on the seawall. Just past Heldenplein & next to Restorante "La Familia" you will find Residence Hélène.

The address of Residence Hélène is Zeedijk 201. You can enter the building through the door in the photo, and just past that door you will find the mailboxes of the apartments on the right.

At the bottom right of the mailboxes you will find a mailbox with the inscription "Katrien Geerts en Lex".

In that mailbox you will find 2 key safes. The right is the right one. My name (Kristel Geerts) and www.albatrosstraat.be are mentioned on it. I will give you the code on the day of your arrival; if you indicate that you will arrive late.

The key set from residence Hélène must be returned immediately upon arrival at Albastrosstraat 13. You use the large key to open the front door. When you enter the building, you will immediately see the mailboxes on the left. It says www.albatrosstraat.be on the correct one. You open the mailbox and you will find the key safe in it. You can fold down the front of the locker, and then you can enter the code. You will receive the code from me on the day of arrival. You now have the right set of keys in your hands. Please return immediately to Residence Hélène to put the spare keys back in that key box & after closing, please also twist the code so that it cannot be opened. Welcome!
