€200/night in July and August & only weekly rentals with the first night from Saturday to Sunday.

Easter holidays: €175/night & only weekly rentals with the first night from Saturday to Sunday.

Other school holidays: €160/night, dates more flexible with a minimum of 5 nights.

Small pets are allowed on request.

Extra cleaning cost: €25
The rental price depends on the chosen period and the length of your stay. Long-term rental (+ 4 weeks) is also possible, please call +32 495 182 162. Sheets and towels are not provided by default. Would you like to rent them? This is possible for €25 per person. Please notify us one week in advance at geerts_kristel@yahoo.com, as the rental is arranged externally.
Within the holiday periods:

During July and August only rental per week with check-in on Saturday at 4 pm and check-out on Saturday at 11 am. Exceptions to this can always be discussed.

The last weekend of a holiday period (Fri-Sun) can always be rented separately for 2 nights.
Outside the holiday periods:

Always at least 2 nights.
Payment
Reservation is final after receipt of the rental and cleaning costs. Payment is always made in advance. Payment can be made by bank transfer:
